All Fioro pieces are shipped through UPS and handled with the same level of control applied throughout the creation process. Each shipment is fully insured and packaged to protect the integrity of the piece in transit.

Orders are dispatched once production has been completed and the piece has passed final inspection. At that stage, shipping arrangements are confirmed and tracking details are provided directly.

All shipments require signature upon delivery. This ensures secure transfer and proper receipt of the piece.

Delivery timelines vary based on location and service level, but once shipped, transit is typically completed within standard UPS delivery windows. Specific timing is provided at the time of dispatch.

Fioro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control. However, all shipments are monitored to ensure proper handling and completion.

In the event of a verified issue during transit, the shipment will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with carrier procedures and our internal standards.
