RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All Fioro pieces are created to order. As a result, all sales are considered final once a project has entered production.

Because each piece is developed individually, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom or made-to-order items. This policy ensures that every project is approached with full commitment and precision from the outset.

During the design phase, direction is established and refined prior to production. Once a design has been approved and the piece has entered manufacturing, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Deposits are required to initiate the design process and are non-refundable. This reflects the time, resources, and development work allocated to each project from the beginning.

If a piece arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, it will be serviced or corrected in accordance with our servicing standards. This does not constitute a refund but ensures the piece meets the level it was built to.

We do not accept returns based on preference, wear, or changes in personal circumstances.
