What happens after I submit a request?

Each submission is reviewed individually. If accepted, you will be contacted directly to begin the design process. From there, we establish direction, define the scope of the piece, and proceed into development. Every project is handled with full attention from initial concept through final completion.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on design complexity, material selection, and execution requirements. Because each piece is created individually, final pricing is only established after the design phase is complete. This ensures accuracy and alignment with the intended outcome.

Why is a deposit required?

A deposit secures your position in the design process and allows work to begin. It reflects the level of time, precision, and resources allocated to each project from the outset. The deposit is applied toward the final cost of the piece.

How long does a project take?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials involved. Most projects are completed within a structured timeframe once the design has been finalized and approved. Exact timelines are provided during the process to ensure clarity at each stage.

Are all pieces custom?

Fioro operates primarily through one-of-one and limited design work. Each piece is developed with a specific direction and level of intention, rather than mass-produced or widely available designs.

Will my piece be replicated?

Each project is developed with a focus on individuality and controlled production. Designs are not mass-produced, and distribution remains limited to preserve exclusivity.

Who is eligible to work with Fioro?

Fioro operates on a selective basis. Not every request is accepted. Each submission is reviewed to ensure alignment with our standards, capabilities, and direction. This allows us to maintain full control over quality and execution.

Do you service all jewelry and watches?

Servicing is reserved exclusively for Fioro pieces. This ensures that every item we maintain meets our standards and can be properly evaluated, serviced, and returned without compromise.

What assurance comes with each piece?

Every piece is created to meet a defined standard of performance, structure, and finish. Jewelry is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while timepieces are supported by a three-year warranty from the date of delivery. This reflects both the materials used and the level of precision applied during creation.
